Hillgrove Copper Pty Ltd has made application pursuant to Section 35A (1) of the Mining Act 1971 ("Act") for an Extractive Mineral Lease over MC 4024, Allotment 25, DP60948, Hundred of Kanmantoo. Approximately 4 km northwest of Callington. The purpose of the Extractive Mineral Lease is for the recovery of clay.

The application for the extractive mineral lease (EML) is in addition to the Kanmantoo Copper Project mining lease granted in October 2008. The EML is proposed to source clay materials for the Copper Project's tailings storage facility.
